Trick or Treat! Friday, October 31st, is Halloween and Pittsburgh kids are getting excited about some treats! Families in the South Hills of Pittsburgh are finding their best costumes to wear Trick or Treating on Halloween and even during Trunk or Treat events on the days leading up to it.
